I’m today’s host, Dr. Cathy Wendland-Colby and it’s such a privilege and exciting time of year to talk to you about how to fill your marketing calendar. Listen, the year’s not over. December is right around the corner, but it’s time to already be planning out your 2019. I want you to just take a brief second and I want you to think back over this past year.
Did you hit your goals? Did you have the number of new patients coming in every week, every month, every quarter, or this year that you were hoping to have? Did those new patients actually stay committed to your office, or were they just on a merry-go-round, in the front door and out the back door, in the front door and out the back door? What happened this year? Take mental note of it, because if you don’t have a good mental note and a good picture of what happened, it’s really hard to plan for the next year creatively and effectively. I want you to take the time during this next weekend to look at where you are. How did your new patients find you? How did they end up coming into your office? Did they stay with you? Were they consistently coming in, or did you have that steady stream of new patients that just disappeared and went out the back door?
