Rebecca Koch
"Goals from the Inside Out"

Boiling Springs, SC

Rebecca Koch (pronounced “Coke”) is in her 19th year as director of the Office of Service Initiatives at Life University and also serves as assistant to LIFE president, Dr. Brian McAulay. She is the author of Vital Signs: Trusting in “Life Itsownself”, a (hopefully humorous) collection of articles that provide her unique perspective on vitalism and its application in everyday living.

Rebecca has been a chiropractic patient and ally for more than four decades. She is married to Dr. David Koch, who served as the chiropractic philosophy professor at Sherman, Palmer, and retiring from Life U. It was Life University’s application of chiropractic philosophy – and vitalism – across all its programs that piqued her interest in working at Life.

However, it was Life’s foundational value of Lasting Purpose that sealed the deal in her determination to work there. Her work as Director of Service Initiatives has led her to learn and share practices that support Lasting Purpose, our foundational value set at Life U, which asks us to give, do, love, and serve from an inner-directed sense of our own ability to learn and grow while also being focused on the needs of others.

Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in positive psychology. She is certified in the facilitation of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator personality inventory and regularly uses and works with resources such as Non-Violent Communication, the Community Resilience Model, the VIA Strengths model, the ACT Matrix, and other systems designed to promote better communication, greater empathy, more productive conflict, and to promote professional and personal development that supports people in being the best version of themselves.

Her journey with chiropractic care began at just 2 years old, when she experienced firsthand its transformative power. This early connection ignited a lifelong passion for holistic healing, especially for adjusting babies and children and supporting them from their very first moments of life.

From 2007 to 2012, Dr. Tracey practiced on the beautiful island of Maui, serving a vibrant community and deepening her expertise in natural health. In 2012, following a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s disease, she moved to Jamaica for what began as a healing retreat—and evolved into over a decade of life-changing work and personal transformation.

During her time in Jamaica, she created two deeply impactful retreats: The Caribbean Cleanse, a powerful detox and healing journey, and a Self-Care Retreat for Chiropractors, offering restoration, service, and connection. These experiences helped hundreds of participants return to their bodies, reconnect with nature, and embrace the power of holistic healing.

Dr. Tracey is especially passionate about gut health, parasite cleansing, and intuitive, natural living. Whether she's working with expectant mothers, newborns, or entire families, she blends the science of chiropractic care with the wisdom of the body and the heart.

There Is a Holistic Synergy in Everything We Do

At Standard Process, we go to great lengths to fulfill our mission of changing lives – from cultivating nutrient-dense soil on our certified organic farm to formulating new products at our Nutrition Innovation Center. Our unwavering focus on quality and testing allows us to manage the purity, safety, and consistency of our supplements. We stand by our quality by ensuring what goes into our products every step of the way with our vertically integrated processes. We then work with our practitioners to ensure the best outcomes for their patients.

Our Passion and Family Run Deep

Standard Process is a multi-generational, family-owned and operated, nutritional supplement company for over 90 years. Here, family is at the heart of everything we do – and family includes everyone – employees, health care practitioners, patients, and their families and pets, too. From our founder, Dr. Royal Lee, to today’s President & CEO, Charlie DuBois, we have forged purposeful relationships that have been collaborative and mutually driven by our shared passion for changing lives. Explore our timeline here.

Good Health Comes from Good Nutrition

From our inception, Dr. Royal Lee recognized the negative impact the Standard American Diet had on overall health. He believed that processed foods depleted our food sources of the rich nutrition once found in them. He understood that good health comes from good nutrition, and the best nutrition comes from whole foods. Dr. Lee dedicated his life to perfecting the production of whole food-based supplements from the soil used to grow crops to the manufacturing processes used to create the supplement – Standard Process has always focused on putting vitality into every bottle.
