Stay where all the connection happens! The Sheraton Sand Key Resort is the home of this year’s LCW Gathering—offering beautiful beachfront views, comfortable accommodations, and easy access to every part of the event.

Enjoy our exclusive LCW group rate of $254 per night when you book by May 8, 2026. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis—so don’t wait to secure your stay!

Room Upgrade Options:

Gulf View: +$75 per night
Bay View Studio Suite: +$180 per night
Gulf View Studio Suite: +$210 per night

Resort Fee: $10 per room, per night (includes amenities such as bike rentals, Wi-Fi, Jolley Trolley access, and more).
Taxes: Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) at the time of checkout.

Room Block Dates: June 3–8, 2026
While the event will take place from Friday, June 5 at 4:00 PM through Saturday, June 6 at 9:00 PM, the extended room block allows attendees to arrive early or stay longer to enjoy extra relaxation and connection time on the beach.

Upgraded rooms are available for an additional fee and must be confirmed directly with the hotel. Rooms at the group rate are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
