LCW Monthly Connection Hour

      The LCW Connection Hour is a virtual meeting and a place for open discussion among the women of the LCW. Each month, the host serves as a facilitator for that month’s topic. The Connection Hour is your chance to listen, share ideas and wisdom, ask questions, have a good time hanging out, and give and get support to other women in chiropractic.

LCW Monthly Empower Hour

Empower Hour is a virtual meeting in which a speaker gives a 30-minute informative, inspiring, and useful presentation, followed by a Q&A and discussion.

This month our speaker is Dr. Danita Thomas Heagy, a 1982 magna cum laude graduate of Life Chiropractic College.  From 1983-2018 she was in private practice in her hometown of St Augustine, FL.  From 1995-98 and from 2013-2021 she was a member of the Florida Board of Chiropractic and was Chair from 2019 to 2020.  In 2022, she was appointed as District V (five) Director of NBCE and subsequently elected twice to the same position.  Additionally, her lifelong volunteer efforts have been toward local and state 4-H programs where she currently serves as president-elect for the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agriculture (IFAS) 4-H Board of Directors.

Her talk is entitled, “Being Your Best” and will include clinical pearls and insights from 43 years of practice.
