Individuals can call 1-800-524-6627 and ask for THE LCW GATHERING - FEB 2027
The Room Block closes at 5:00 p.m. local time at Hotel on Friday, January 8, 2027.Â
Individual guestroom reservations may be canceled without penalty up to the cutoff date of Friday, January 8, 2027. Individual guestroom cancellations occurring after that date shall be charged a one night’s room occupancy and tax.
Lago Mar's preference and best way to go about making reservations is by calling the hotel in house reservations department and mentioning the name of the group to obtain special group rate.
